I rent on Morehead St and the call was answered by Robbie and I was transferred to the store manager Lynn. Lynn was so helpful and knowledgeable of my request. She was very polite and willing to assist with my billing. Thank you Lynn.

I’ve used a number of storage places over the year and extra space on 7th street is by far the best. Always clean, hvac controlled, and helpful staff. Every time I called, someone was ready to help and will work with you!

Horrible management. Do NOT use this location. The new management will lie to you about everything. I used this location for over a year with 0 issues. New management comes in and ruins this place.

I haven't actually been to the storage space yet but starting with 5 stars because of Mikayla. My situation required me to get a unit sooner than planned and there were some things that needed to be figured out and Mikayla took the extra time with me not only to figure it out but to suggest something better and safer for me. She didn't have to take that extra time but she chose to do so and I'm truly grateful because it's not common anymore for people in customer service to go the extra mile. So when they do, I want to give them their flowers and praise as they deserve. Thank you Mikayla you are a real asset to the Extra Space Storage company.
I also highly recommend Extra Space Storage because they are way more reasonable than U-Haul and Morningstar.
