elevators smell like urine. Inside of the storage units is not climate controlled.. it’s always 85 degrees plus on the inside. Makes it hard for you maneuver in your storage unit because it’s so hot… the guy who rents a business suite on the front side of the storage location is always hanging around the parking deck with his friends smoking or just standing around watching you as you come in and out your car and elevator. Highly don’t recommend. The Extra space on Tenth street downtown is way better, nicer and cleaner! and they have air!!

I’ve been using this storage unit for about 3 years now and it’s always been a great experience. Today I came in and it was no different. Philip was in the office and helped me with an issue I didn’t realize I had. I’m beyond grateful for his help and hospitality!!
