The location of this facility is perfect, right off the interstate, which makes moving in belongings quick and hassle-free. The staff is prompt and can answer any questions on the spot. Everything is kept very clean, from the well-lit hallways to the parking areas. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage space.

They’re about to monopoly the city. I did find better alternatives. There are some great standalone storage places in Charlotte in the uptown area. The prices are a little bit higher, but the quality is there. They don’t allow their employees to sweep. The floors in the dust level is pretty high. I’m no longer there. I’ve moved onto better pastures.

The team at Extra Space storage is awesome ! Brooklyn was so welcoming, answered all my questions, and helped me to gain access and close out the unit. The property is kept in great shape and having access to heavy-duty moving carts made loading and unloading so much easier.
