Me and a friend of mine were there on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 11 AM to 1 PM unloading a storage locker for a customer of ours and the guy that was working at that time was very polite very helpful and just all around good person! Great customer service!

Overall, I'd say this place is shady and running a racket.
If all you need is storage for a few months -- totally fine. Prepay those months and it is an easy place to get it and out of. Clean, quiet, and safe.
However, if you want storage for any length of time, I suggest finding somewhere else. This place completely takes advantage of you once you are in.
In the year we had things stored there, the price almost tripled! They say it is "market conditions", but their entry prices are just as low -- if not lower as when I started.
This is a total rip off and I recommend finding somewhere with more ethical business practices. I have had storage before and the price gradually changed over time, but nothing as extreme and ridiculous as this place.
