I had the best experience with Extra Space Storage and would absolutely recommend them! The customer service at this location is exceptional. Sakari was friendly, patient, and genuinely took the time to answer my questions and help me find the best solution for my needs. We had a great conversation as well. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so knowledgeable and so kind, and she made what could have been a stressful process much easier.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and secure. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access and plenty of room for loading and unloading. Everything from move-in to accessing my units has been simple and hassle-free.
If you’re looking for a storage facility with outstanding customer service, a clean environment, and a manager who genuinely cares about helping customers, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Thank you for making the entire experience such a positive one!
