My experience was smooth, easy fast and friendly. I think I’m gonna love this storage place. And overall, my storage came with the lock and key and it was very clean and quiet. I love that and the digital amazing.

Had a great experience renting a storage unit here at Extra Space Storage this morning with Tammy. She was very helpful in answering all my questions. Setup process took 10 minutes or less and the pricing was great with the flash deal. Easy entry access and clean hallways as well.

I had a great experience at the Extra Space Storage on South Tryon Street thanks to Betty, the manager. She runs the facility professionally and keeps everything organized and clean. When I had a question about my unit and billing, she handled it quickly and made sure everything was clear and fair. It’s obvious she takes pride in her work and cares about customers having a smooth experience. I’d definitely recommend this location because of her management.
