Loved this place until I found a roach crawling on my brand new luggage baggage have to spend money to buy roach bait if I see another roach I’m getting my belongings out of this place the front desk agent was nice prompt about handling the issue leave my key and have the pest control spray also gave me spray to use I will also have to purchase bait to put In my unit this place is to nice to have roaches on my belongings very disappointed

April and Kate are absolutely the best! I’ve had experience with several storage facilities, and unfortunately, most of them came with poor customer service. That’s definitely not the case at the 8500 South Tryon location.
Every time I’ve visited, April and Kate have been welcoming, kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They always take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is handled professionally. Anyone who has been with me during my visits has noticed the same outstanding service.
It’s rare to find employees who consistently go above and beyond, and these two truly do. They are a big reason I’d recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for great customer service. Thank you both for making every visit a positive experience!

Love these guys and the space and location. I have had my stuff for almost a year plus and never had problems with the management or storage space . They always gave me the best price and accomodated my needs as a customer . Colleen has been very helpful recently and others as well . I wud highly recommend to anyone .
