I had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Cody, the store manager. I stopped by to resolve an issue with my auto-pay, and Cody made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything while making sure the issue was completely resolved.
It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Cody went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied, and it’s clear he takes pride in helping his customers.
