I came into this morning frustrated because I lost my key but thankfully Taylor was there with great customer service and helped me my lock out.
5 Stars — Taylor Deserves ALL the Praise!
I cannot say enough about the incredible service I received from Taylor at Extra Space Storage. I was having an issue getting into my lock, and what could have easily turned into a frustrating situation was handled with an absolutely ridiculous level of urgency, professionalism, and care.
Taylor jumped into action immediately. She was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely determined to get the issue resolved. She didn’t just give me a “that’s not my problem” type of answer—she took ownership and made sure I was taken care of.
Taylor is the kind of person who makes you remember why great customer service matters. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and honestly, Extra Space Storage needs about 17 more Taylors.
If management is reading this: GIVE TAYLOR HER FLOWERS. She represents the company exceptionally well and deserves to be recognized for the way she treats customers.

I had such a great experience at this storage facility! Taylor was absolutely amazing and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Being my first time to use a storage it has been great. Aspen was wonderful the first time I was there putting my things in storage. Taylor was so wonderful when I came back to unload the storage units to move in my apartment, overall I was very satisfied with Extra Storage on West W T Harris and will recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a storage unit.
