  Ian was great. Super knowledgeable about the mattresses, understood exactly what I wanted. Helped me get a great rate and coordinate delivery. Didn’t try to upsell me or change my mind. Really honest salesman and good quick and easy checkout process. Explained everything in great detail including warranties and return process. Very transparent. We purchased 4 mattresses. Looking forward to our delivery. Would shop here again!

  I was promptly greeted by Ian and asked how he could help me. He asked what I was looking for in a mattress. He helped me find the right mattress and explained the Better Sleep Guarantee. The price was right and the checkout was quick and painless. Can't wait for my first night on my new mattress.

  I came in yesterday to look for a new mattress, Gabe was very helpful with explaining the different mattresses and gave me plenty of room to try out different mattresses and listened to my feedback as I went along until I found the right one for me. Before purchasing, I went home to verify how the depth of the new mattress and box compared to my existing ones to make sure everything would look good with my setup. Satisfied with the dimensions, I returned to the store this afternoon and Ian assisted me with finalizing the purchase and was diligent in making sure I understood the warranty and the delivery process as well as explaining the break in process and rotation schedule to make sure I get the most out of my new mattress.
