  I want to give a special thank you to Bill and Nick! They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and made the experience so much better. I felt like they genuinely went above and beyond to help me, and they really stood out to me. I appreciate their great customer service and wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve!

  Did not know until we got there that the Container Store and Bed Bath and Beyond are all under one roof. Lots of great little gadgets.

  Terrible customer service. I made a purchase online with shipping and throughout my entire purchase process shipping said FREE. Even during the review I made sure that my total did not include shipping before I hit confirm. After I hit confirm, my total was suddenly $15 higher and I was being charged a shipping Fee hidden the entire time. I tried to cancel immediately and couldn't. I contacted customer service, asking if I could cancel and switch to in store pickup. They asked me to "prove it said free" and when I tried to recreate my order, the website had been fixed to have the shipping price listed. These are terrible customer service and online shopping website mechanics. Never buy from this company and I am never going to this local store because of my online experience. I hope they leave my town for good

  I had Becky come out to design custom closets and storage. She was nice on the phone but when she arrived she refused to do a full quote; based on my stated ‘budget’, instead she pushed for a lesser expensive option which wasn’t so dissimilar to what we already had installed and wanted to remove. She gave me a vague ballpark without a real time quote and said she’d send the quote and didn’t follow up. She had no idea what we actually wanted. She treated us like we couldn’t afford it, and was dismissive. I later spoke to others in our community and heard from many they received the same treatment from this designer. I hired another company we spent $23, 000 on 4 closet.
