- PVPooja VeereshSep 23, 20265.0Great experience! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Nick gave us some really good suggestions and even helped us load everything into our car. They have a great selection of storage options too. Really appreciated the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
- SCShari CliftonAug 13, 20265.0Very helpful employees who will point you to the perfect organizational items! It was neat and clean and the containers were well presented so that you could envision how they would work for you.
- ECElfrida CarretoAug 10, 20265.0I want to give a special thank you to Bill and Nick! They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and made the experience so much better. I felt like they genuinely went above and beyond to help me, and they really stood out to me. I appreciate their great customer service and wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve!
- RHRoger HollowayJul 20, 20265.0Did not know until we got there that the Container Store and Bed Bath and Beyond are all under one roof. Lots of great little gadgets.
- PWPayne WalterJul 20, 20261.0Terrible customer service. I made a purchase online with shipping and throughout my entire purchase process shipping said FREE. Even during the review I made sure that my total did not include shipping before I hit confirm. After I hit confirm, my total was suddenly $15 higher and I was being charged a shipping Fee hidden the entire time. I tried to cancel immediately and couldn't. I contacted customer service, asking if I could cancel and switch to in store pickup. They asked me to "prove it said free" and when I tried to recreate my order, the website had been fixed to have the shipping price listed. These are terrible customer service and online shopping website mechanics. Never buy from this company and I am never going to this local store because of my online experience. I hope they leave my town for good
