  Good Service but don't try to cancel!!!! I stayed on the phone for over 25 min trying to cancel my service. I had a Rep tell me that my service will be on a quarterly bases?!!? I had to tell him again, I wanted my account closed and I wanted proof. That experience makes me NEVER want to use your service again. RIDICULOUS!!

  Their Technician's are the best part of the company, timely and communication is top notch. The customer service and operational side of the business is not even worth 1-star. Since moving to a new address which is in their quoted and marketed service area, I have had to call more times than I can count to update my address and they have yet to actually come service. They either cancel or reschedule the appointment.

  I am very pleased with the services I received from Aptive. Jacob’s knowledge and understanding of our needs helped provide information I have been trying to get from other companies. We received a personalized plan that includes yard treatment for our lawn, shrubs, and trees. Caden was friendly, informative, and professional when he was at the house. I like that Aptive is an environmentally responsible, friendly company. These are just a few of the beautiful neighborhood friendlies that stop in to say hi. This is why I want to protect their environment.

  Khi was very professional and I felt comfortable asking him questions about the infestation of roaches I didn't feel embarrassed and I felt like he understood the frustration that I was in and he assured me that he will take care of the problem at hand and explain to me about the beginning process and how the roaches will be visible less and less each month with the treatment he was awesome and I want him to be the one to treat my house.

  The company is impersonal. The technician was wonderful, but I cannot ever reach a person in management to talk to about scheduling issues. There is a complete lack of real human communication before the date of service. Controlling bugs is only part of your job, Aptiv. If your company bots automatically schedule me and require a 12 hour window of me being home, that’s not good. If your bots automatically cancel and reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice when I rescheduled for a day and 4 hour window that works for me, your bot is no good. What if I had taken off work for that appt? If I complete a survey and finish by requesting that someone call me and a week later no one has called me yet, your management is sorely lacking. Right now, I am regretting making the change to Aptiv. I was lured in by the whole property treatment. I may cut my losses and return to Terminix, who was much more responsive to me as a customer.
