  I really enjoy seeing Kimberly smile when I walk in to make my payment. She has really been patient with me. I also enjoyed Dount Day. The place seems to be changing for the better.

  Great place of business!! We had Offices and Storage bays for over 28 years!! Great group of people to do business with !! I would recommend them to this day!!

  First off, the positive reviews from 2020 are almost entirely fake. They offered a local mutual aid group a discount in return for fictitious mass reviews. I know many of those reviewers personally and know for a fact they never rented there. Fast forward to now. I had what was supposed to be a dehumidified unit. There was water damage to multiple items in the unit, including an unfinished quilt that has what appears to be rust stains on it that won’t come out, which cannot be replaced because boutique quilt fabrics are limited edition and only on the market for a few months before being discontinued. But because I moved my belongings out when the damage was discovered, instead of giving them a chance to let more of my things get ruined, the insurance they’ve required me to pay for over the course of the last two years told me there’s nothing they can do. That’s aside from being contacted by voice call when I gave clear instructions to text or email me, and aside from the fact that they can’t split a card payment in their online system OR take Apple Pay either online or in office OR take cash. It’s also aside from the fact that the office staff will claim they were “on their lunch” when asked to respond to an issue and just coming back, but they were contacted about it hours prior. Edit: and now they have responded to my review to directly lie about the circumstances. I didn’t “later” contact them to tell them the unit was vacated. I told them that when I declined the new unit, because why would I trust my belongings wouldn’t be damaged in a building where they had already been damaged to the tune of hundreds of dollars, only a fraction of which was paid out by the insurance? Renting from these people cost me a small fortune in damages, and they will never get another red cent from me.
