  American Store and Lock provided us with excellent care of my late brother’s personal effects in a very clean, well managed storage facility. I highly recommend them for any of your storage needs.

  The staff has always been there when I needed them. They’re very aware of what’s going on with the property. Was aware when I left my turn signal on. They also was aware when I left my storage unit open. I received a phone call each time. They truly are the GOATS

  The company has very deceptive practices. I had an authorized driver on my account so I didn't take the truck back and based on what the associate mark on the contract it looks as if the tank was 1/4 filled but upon looking at the contract it was just an "estimate"which is an excuse to deceive the driver into thinking the gas is at that level when actually they charge me $35 more to fill the gas back at full. If I had have dropped the truck off I would have filled it back up but my authorized user filled it back up based on what was highlighted on the paper which billed me an additional amount that would have been avoided if the representative would have been truthful and not just filled the paper out in order to trick the customer.

  Great Staff! Never had an issue renting storage, trucks or parking space! My Go to for all my storage and moving over the years!
