I am a local contractor and from time to time I used to buy at lowes but ever since meeting Elma at the pro desk I switched my business from their orange competitor to Lowes because of her. She is awesome and the only reason why I come to Lowes now. Lowes should be proud of her and make sure they don't let her go anywhere because I will probably go back to their competition if she isn't there.

I am disabled and had 2 doors delivered to me which were highly damaged. I contacted the Lowe's and talked to Caro or Caoe which took her 25 minutes to answer the phone. I asked for the store manager and I was informed that this location they had 7 store mangers. I said I wanted the manger over everyone and again I was informed there was 7 store mangers. Was given all kinds of promises but 2 weeks later still no replacement for these doors and asked this women for a call back which never happened. Because these 2 doors were so damaged and no replacements were sent it was my job to drive all over the place to find the 2 replacement doors and have someone pick them up for me. Again I am disabled and if this is the way they treat me it is horrible. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
