Wonderful experience with Janine at RH Outlet Cary. I live about two hours away and was shopping for furniture for my outdoor pool deck, so making the trip without knowing what was available would have been difficult. Janine went above and beyond. She walked the showroom floor, took photos and sent them to me so I could see the options before making the drive. That level of service made a huge difference and saved me a great deal of time. In fact, the entire team was incredibly helpful and accommodating to me as a long distance customer. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Janine and the RH Outlet Cary team!

Mostly damaged items that RH thinks people are dumb enough to spend thousands on.

VERY nice and helpful customer service. GREAT prices on things that are 2 or 3 times the cost in a retail setting. Definitely worth a look..

Quality items, still expensive but still a decent savings to come here versus the regular store or online.

I recently visited the RH Outlet in Cary and noticed its clean and well-organized layout. They offer a selection of luxury furniture items at approximately 50% off, which is a great deal. Just be aware that the prices don't include shipping. If you're interested in upscale furniture at discounted prices, the RH Outlet in Cary could be worth checking out.
