I have been using them for many years. This dry cleaning place was good under previous management. It has significantly deteriorated. They gave me few shirts with unclean collars. I gave them back. They said that they will clean them. First they lost the shirts. After a week they found them. Nothing was done to them. Will have to find another place, unfortunately.

We have used Dry Clean City for 5+ years and have always had great service. Also, as a general rule, don’t take “specialty items” to be dry cleaned at a place that is advertised for being super inexpensive. Custom drapery, fancy dresses etc- items that require a delicate hand- take them somewhere known for those services. You get what you pay for and when it comes to basic suit dry cleaning and laundering/pressing dress shirts- This is your place!

I have been using them for 5 years with the discount bag. They always do a great job and are very careful with more delicate items. Very convenient and great for the price.

The customer service at the location is horrible. The cashier had a lot of conversation for the customer prior to me, however, did not greet me or say thank you after the transaction. The cashier did however have a lot to say to the other Hispanic employee working with her. General rule if u don't like people don't become cashier.

I have been going to this business for almost 3 years. Over time, there have been progressively more issues. I have had clothes come back to me ripped and I've had stains that have not been removed. On one occasion, I had several holes in a sweater that I had taken in for dry cleaning and the owner told me that it was likely bugs rather than accept responsibility for the fact that his people ruined my sweater. I have also had clothes come back to me smelling like mildew. I am finally done and will never go back to this business again. Despite the price, find another place for better quality.
