  Johan in the Paint Department really stepped it up to correct an issue that I had in my paint selection at 6pm this evening. He was very professional, knowledgeable amd helpful. It is employees like this that keep me coming back and puts your store above not only the competition but also above neighboring locations.

  Just went to this Lowe’s around 12:00 pm May 3rd. I’m am a 26 year old welder and own a small welding company that repairs construction equipment for other local companies. I was on my way to an emergency repair and stopped at Lowe’s to use the Pro Air pump to fill my tire on my welding truck. The air tool connected to the compressor was broken but not marked out of service and bent the valve on my tire causing all the air to leak from my tire before I could exit the parking lot. With my truck weighing over 9,000 pounds, the weight of the truck damaged the radial belt of my tire leading to permanent damage for which now I’ve had to purchase 4 new tires just to be able to make it to my next obligation. When trying to call the store was on a hold a total of 15 minutes and re-routed to the same customer service representative twice after trying to navigate the terrible AI voice assistant that interrogates you before putting you through to a person. So in summary; Total Cost of Lowe’s “FREE” pro air. Air:FREE Dewault 20v Max Corded/ Cordless air compressor I had to buy to be able to leave the parking lot: $149.00 + tax Craftsman micro needle nose pliers: $8.99 4 new 275x80/18 tires : $1400 Total cost of Lowe’s Free Air: $1557.99+ Tax. I’m waiting to hear from a claims department as of 10 minutes ago and will be using the Home Depot Commercial account exclusively for my business in the future. I’ve been a pro account since my business opened in 2023.

  This is my favorite Lowes location. We live closest to Apex and about the same distance to the Cary store, but this location always has staff ready to help and easy to find. Every time I've been there it was clean and organized and easy to find what I needed. It's worth it to go out of the way to have a great experience. The online pickup ordering is always ready much faster than promised.

  I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Frank (aka “Frank the Tank”). I needed help cutting some dowel sticks down to very specific sizes, and he went way out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He was patient, precise, and clearly cared about getting it right instead of rushing through it. It’s rare to get that level of attention and effort, and it made the whole project a lot easier on my end. Big shoutout to Frank the Tank for the top-tier customer service.

  Placed my delivery order online with Grove Barton Lowes (that store had all my items in stock). My order ended up getting split into 3 deliveries. (IDK why) The Morrisville Lowes on Maynard had the bulk of materials needed on site. I called around 11:30. The lady at the Pro desk spoke English, but with an accent. After holding for several minutes while she got back to the computer to look up my order, I listened closely to find my materials had not been loaded and were in the 12-4 delivery window. I knew that if I didn't go ahead and get the materials, it would be too late in the day to make progress. She was not willing or just not capable to help. So, I had asked her to transfer me to the delivery dept. I was already otw there and once I arrived at the pro desk (still on hold on my phone), I noticed the young female I had been speaking to. She was in conversation with her co-worker behind the Pro desk. I went straight to the only person that was working, Steven. (There was no one at the pro desk at that time other than the 3 employees. I noticed this because most of the time the Pro Desk is usually pretty busy at other Lowe's). Steven, stopped what he was doing, looked up my order, made 2 phone calls to the delivery dept, Jessica walked up to the Pro Desk from Delivery and helped me secure my order. I was loaded and on my way to the job site by 12:30. Steven and Jessica went above and beyond. They put their current tasks on hold and helped me. I say this to remember, while there are employees that have nothing to do and want nothing to do, there are also humans that have a purpose and go out of their way to serve others. I hope Lowe's recognizes these 2 individuals, because there was great effort put into helping me keep my job productive that day. It would not have been possible without Steven and Jessica.
