  I recently had an outstanding experience with Aptive and wanted to share just how impressed I was with the entire process. From the very beginning, their customer service was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling pushy or sales-driven. A huge shout out to Matt, who took the time to really understand my needs and helped me find the right service plan for my home instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services. That level of honesty and customer care is hard to find these days and made a lasting impression. Another big thank you to Tiekim, the service professional who came out for the treatment. He was knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he truly cares about doing quality work and making sure customers feel confident in the service being provided. The pricing was more than fair considering the quality of service, professionalism, and overall experience. If you’re looking for reliable pest control with excellent customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and no-pressure sales, I would absolutely recommend Aptive for all your pest control needs.

  Aptive salespersons ignored our “no soliciting sign” two days in a row. They said they saw the sign and offered no apology when confronted. Yesterday, our Ring camera recorded them talking about politics at our front door. Even if we needed Pest services, we would not hire this company based off these experiences.

  Aptive is a scam, use literally anyone else. “They help with mosquitoes and fire ant” no they don’t they’ll give you an “additional spray” which won’t do anything either. The call center employees aren’t helpful and yeah just go elsewhere. It’s not worth the money. The door to door salesmen lie aswell and you have to pay an obscene amount to cancel your contract before the “2 years” paying my last payment now then canceling.

  Three men POUNDED on my door like the SWAT team well after 8pm, were rude when I told them I wasn't interested, and wouldn't get off my porch even when I repeatedly made it clear I was not interested in their services. Is this how you train salesmen? They only left when my husband told them to. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and beyond ridiculous.

  Well, the 1st Rep came out and did a good job. He didn’t remember to put traps down like he said he would. Then while stepping over the 3 inch bottom part of my fence (yes I told him to turn sideways and step threw the gate of my fence) he somehow lost his balance and dented in the side of my new shed. No Apology, he didn’t even Acknowledge that he did it, The second rep that came out did better but told me to call him when I needed new traps (I live near a couple of wheatfields so I have tiny field mice) I talked to him over a week ago and have not heard or seen him since. The fact that this company requires a minimum one year contract with them, and this is the service I get. No, I will not be recommending them
