- BMBrooke MaynardMay 8, 20261.0I bought a $400 Samsung microwave today. The associate bright my one and the box was opened. I asked what was won’t with it and he said that it was fine and he has looked at it. Got it home and it had a big dent on it. I had to return it. Gas is over $4 and this makes absolutely no sense
- LCLuke cammerMay 7, 20261.0Alan- the GM will not be of any meaningful assistance. This Lowes is Negligent and their “service” is pathetic and sad. They will screw your lumber order up, give you wrong sizes, make you come back and then have to offload the boards yourself while the useless wastes inside just watch. Then they try and tell you that 16’ boards will fit on a 10’ trailer and ride just fine, and after you tell them it won’t they try anyway, and they won’t be able to get the boards off with the fork lift, so once again you will have to help them offload everything. Then if you try to order it for delivery the delivery team will change your delivery time without notifying you , screwing all your business up, and costing you money. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I will be calling corporate to get compensation for the money they’ve cost me by lying, and wasting so much of my time.

- SWStephen WoodApr 21, 20261.0I am disabled and had over 10 doors delivered to me. There were 2 damaged. I contacted the Lowe's and talked to Carol. Was given all kinds of promises but 2 weeks later still no replacement and was informed 2 or 3 times the replacement would arrive which it didn't. I had to get someone to take them back for me and it was my job to drive all over the place to find the 2 replacement doors and have someone pick them up for me. Again I am disabled and if this is the way they treat me it is horrible.
