- DLDO LAN1 day ago1.0So this goes to Hobby Lobby and the general attitude of this store. I purchased fabric at a differrent location and returned under their corporatereturn policy. I was accused of removing 1/8 yard of fabric. Thats right - I was treated like a suspect in a police lineup over returned fabric that I purchased at a different store. The fabric was a stretch knit - about 3 yards. The genius at the fabric counter said it was impossible that the fabric could have been stretched when measured at a different store. Hmm OK Einstein. The price difference after getting STORE CREDIT to make it easier on them was a grand $1.18 loss to me. So let me get this straight. You will treat a customer like crap over $1.18 in fabric difference that another store measured wrong. And I had to present my driver license and personal info for the priveledge of this. It also took multiple trips between the register and the fabric counter for this "service". I quickly found a different item to purchase with the return credit. I wont be back. Note to Hobby Lobby: Wake Up Stop acting like its 1984 and you dont want to embrace technology. Im glad to shop somewhere else.

Found a very nice young man named Jayden, he helped me find exactly what I needed, and was great for conversation too! He dropped what he was doing to help without hesitation, and made me feel welcome. Checkout was fast and workers moved quickly. I don’t remember exactly the name of the Cashier, but I believe it was Carina? She was patient with me after my first card declined. Wonderful experience.
