I loved my time and experience at Extra Space Storage!
Everyone that worked there was always a joy to deal with and talk to.
I loved the ease of being able to use the app they have to pay my bill or print off receipts from when I paid.
It was simple to update my info on the app when I had lost my old phone and had to get a new number.
Extra Space Storage a very clean and well maintained storage facility. It has no rats, bugs, trash or bad smells.
I know that one day I got a phone call from one of the managers to let me know that my storage unit had been locked open and that my entire unit was vulnerable.
(I had let my mom and brother go by the unit and pick up an item and they had accidentally locked it open).
I had no idea that it had been locked open and I was so grateful that they called me from Extra Space Storage to let me know about the situation. I was able to come ASAP and lock it so that everything was secure again.
Extra Space Storage has been a phenomenal place to store all my possessions.
I've used other storage facilities in the past and had horrible experiences.
Extra Space Storage takes the cake for being the best storage experience I have ever had.

Wow !! Where do I begin?? From the phone conversation to the in person tour Becky remained the same! She covered so much information in a very understanding and entertaining way, a great listener mixed in with professionalism, how can you beat that ?
I left with an increase in knowledge and a place that just feels right !!
