This has to be one of the worst Lowe’s in the US. It’s not once, it’s not twice, it’s every single order they mess up. I still have orders that have not been delivered from 3 weeks ago. And of course the website says they have it in stock and delivered next day. Nope never shows up. They need actual managers here, people that oversee departments, orders, shipments. Whomever is there, doesn’t have the slightest idea how management or logistics works.

so so disspointed with my visit to lowe's in boone. i went to get a new shower head for my shower and everything was fine i was assisted pretty well. i then went to the garden center to check out the flowers. i was looking for an hibiscus one and i decided to ask a young lady for help since she was the only one there. she was on her phone, but i decided to approach her anyways. I asked her for help and she gave me such the rudest response ever. Her name badge said Nelly! So Nelly over here shook her head and with the rudest tone told me to ask someone else. I told her I could not find anyone else beside her in the garden department. She then replied "well it's a garden section there's flowers everywhere I don't know what to tell you" she scoffed at me and turn her back towards me and went back on her phone. i'm so disappointed.

Noel and Will we’re absolutely amazing to help me move from tile to tile figuring out the best one in my price range that fit what I was looking for. They were so patient they even followed me all the way out to the car to help load everything. Obviously stepping away to split up as needed, but they were a fantastic team in the flooring department at the Lowe’s . Couldn’t be happier with the customer service here thank you guys.
