I always buy my art supplies at Hobby Lobby when it’s on sale as I love masters choice brand. The clerk charged me the regular price but I caught it prior to leaving the store. I had to go back through the checkout to get a refund. The new clear said the first girl had only been working there for 2 weeks. She refunded 11.96 but then added it back on my card. When I checked the bank account it had -11.96 but then was added back on so I was still charged the full amount. I went back today and spoke to a manager be he said it was the bank and not the store. The bank does not make transactions at a store. He was very argumentative with me and told me I just didn’t understand how things work. I shop at Hobby Lobby in my home state on a regular basis and have never been treated this poorly. I will continue to shop at Hobby Lobby but never out of state again. This manager should be reported to his corporate office.
