Found one person they couldn't locate an item told me to go to customer service the person and customer service is lost and has no idea what they're doing and there are four people working in the store maybe five yeah better off going and ordering it on Jeff Bezos site

This Lowe’s has the worst customer assistance in the history of Lowe’s corp. we purchased a $1200 trailer from these guys and explained that we needed to tag this immediately so we needed their notary to sign and notarize their portion of the title. The response we got was to “take it to east Asheville” which we did and they to said they didn’t have a notary. We then drove back across town to the DMV (shares a parking lot with Lowe’s” where the lady at the dmv called Lowe’s 6 times and was told the manager was on the way and was hung up on 6 times. We were attempting to get them to take the 32 steps needed to meet at the dmv and sign papers. Please Do not buy a utility trailer from these guys as you will not be able to tag nor will you be able to use the trailer. We will be returning ours as there is no point in buying something that you cannot use. Please do not buy a trailer from these guys! Home Depot is much better and stands beside their customers.

Do your managers always walk up to customers with mechandise, and who are still shopping, and ask "are you going to pay for that"? "Karla, your customer service skills suck, and you are a liar"! You know exactly what you said. I guess you figured I was just another dirty thief trying to steal. Actually, I'm a plumber that just got off work, and stopped to purchase a weed eater for my 13yo son who saved his money to buy. You should be ashamed that you singled me out, and you should be ashamed that you're a liar. Your employees heard your lie.
