    ABSOLUTELY The Best in the Business when It Comes to POOR CUSTOMER CARE & COMMUNICATION ,,, BOYCOTT this CORPERATATION BECAUSE THEY ARE ALLLLLL THIS WAY. GO TO HOME DEPOT. THEY ARE WAYYYYYYYYYY BETTER THAN LOWES LOW STANDARD CONSUMER CARE !!!!!!

    Worst store to deal with. Late deliveries, terrible communication. We had an order scheduled for Monday. Monday afternoon at 4pm the delivery date was changed to Wednesday with no notification. Called the store and the pro desk hung up on me 3x. Impossible to work with.

    The 38 year old white dude working picking up acted very confident that he was doing his job correctly. I ended up having to cancel 4 Uber pickup orders for Lowe’s clients because he felt like arguing with me and he doesn’t understand how his own Lowe’s system works. It’s embarrassing for the store and sad for the Lowe’s customers (on Mother’s Day)

    Placed an in store pickup order the day prior around noon. Recieved a notification that it was ready for pickup around 8 p.m. the next day we arrive around 7 or so to pickup the order. Spoke to the customer service guy at the counter who seemed oblivious to what was going on. He spoke to another guy about getting my order and roughly 30 minutes later they come up front asking if I was the guy for the plywood. (I wasnt) fast forward another 20 minutes or so what im assuming is a manager comes up and gets the process rolling. Im then told shortly after to go to one of the sheds out front that my order is there. Guy who helped me load was super friendly and helpful and got me loaded. Unfortunately, not all the order was there. After going to another section for the rest of my order its finally completed. At this point its been in the hour 15- to hour and 30 min range. Pretty ridiculous for something supposedly ready 24 hours prior

    Loss Prevention needs to come visit this store. Can’t return an item but I bet someone could walkout with a shirt full of things without being noticed. I looked for another sink faucet and seen 7 employees walking around. None asked if I needed assistance. Some even went down the other aisle to avoid assisting me. I had to rely on AI to answer my questions about products. Honestly it would be better to fire all the worthless employees. I bet someone could walkout with a shower and not be stopped. The employees are in a totally different world. Having conversations with each other. I should apply here and get a job to sit on my thumb all day and do absolutely nothing.
