I want to give a special shout-out to Liz at Lowe’s for going above and beyond!
As I walked through the front doors on my way to the Garden Center, a smiling face pointed out a special they were having on skeleton décor. I continued on to pick up my plants, all the while thinking about where I could use two of those skeletons!
When I headed back to the display, Liz helped me get the last two. But she didn’t stop there—she carried them to the Garden Center for me and then carried them all the way out to my car and actually seat-belted them into the back seat so they would be safe!
Liz is exactly the kind of employee who makes a shopping experience special. She was cheerful, funny, incredibly helpful, and genuinely went the extra mile. Lowe’s is very lucky to have her!
Thank you, Liz, for making my day—and for making sure my skeletons made it home safely!

We had an absolutely abysmal experience with this Lowes. We ordered a washer/dryer with stands for both. Initially, the order arrived as expected and the delivery folks set up the washer and dryer. The equipment to connect the dryer to the base did not come and the delivery driver said they would have to reoder the part and would come at a later time to finish.
My wife and I spent multiple hours on the phone with every department in the Asheville store and no one had any idea what was going on. The order had not been placed for the part and we were being bounced from department to department with no way to resolve the issue. After an entire month, I finally went into the store and they said to just return the part and order another one.
I went to the Walmart located in Marion, NC to return the part. They were incredibly helpful and were able to deliver the part next day and waved the delivery fee.
DO NOT PLACE ORDERS FOR DELIVERY AT THIS LOWES. Other Asheville Lowe's may be better, but at this point I can only recommend the Marion, NC Lowe's

Not only does this store make you check yourself out only but they don't even have employees that know what the hell's going on there they all walk around like their mindless drones. When you try to stop somebody they will literally turn the opposite way I have seen zombie films that do things like this. I won't be shopping here anymore this place is beyond ridiculous paid full price check yourself out and expect nothing in return

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
