Have been trying to reach someone on their "customer service" line now for 30 minutes. Horrible customer service and their delivery trucks completely ignore the signs leading up to the Blue Ridge Parkway that clearly state "NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON THE PARKWAY". Too good to follow the rules that are put in place for a reason. Will never shop at their establishment based on all of the above.

This is my second purchase with Judy Frederick at La-Z-Boy of Asheville. The first time, Judy help to pick out the perfect recliner for my wife who is disabled and living in an assisted living facility. This recliner is a life line for my wife. So when I decided to purchase another recliner, I went back to the store and Judy again help me pick out another chair for the home. So now if my wife gets to visit at home, she'll have a comfortable recliner to rest in. Thanks again to Judy.

Gail understood just what we were looking for and took us to the chair we bought right away. We did look at others and sure enough the first one was just what we had been hoping for. She told us all the options available for that model and let us pick out fabric samples to take home and compare with our other living room colors. No pressure to buy, but explained the sale price available at the time. Very pleasant experience and good quality chair.

It was a joy to work with Abigail Okbani. She was very pleasant and helpful—not pushy at all. She helped us through lots of questions and information. We are on a deadline to get the ordered product before my total knee replacement surgery on July 15. It should fit into the expected 6 weeks delivery date. However, my husband is afraid if the delivery takes longer than that, it will defeat the purpose of getting a recliner. Because we wanted, and paid for a different color than the showroom model, they couldn’t guarantee that. They indicated they would pay for a rental if that happens. We didn’t get that in writing, but hope they will honor that commitment if the manufacturing and delivery happen after we need it.

Just placed an order so can't comment on quality, delivery, or durability. This review is about the purchasing process, and note that I was free to leave at any point but chose proceed. This is all on me. We chose a different fabric that was at "the same price point"; except it was at $500 more. I guess I misunderstood "same price point". Limited lifetime warranty on the mechanism and structure - except the only mechanism likely to break, the motor (which cost another $250, which included protection for the material). Delivery was almost 10% of price, $350 (8.2 miles). Delivery expected in 6 to 8 weeks, but if they don't make the timeline we have no recourse - we can not cancel. We hope our faith in Lazy Boy pans out. The salesperson was professional and did not pressure us at all. As, I said at the top we could have walked. Just don't do as we did and get married to the price on the floor. Cause you will likely be paying a lot more (45% in our case, tax included).
