  We love our new Edith & Archie chairs with the remote. I was hesitant but now that they're here, I love the quiet ease of getting just the right position. Our customer service expert, Raj, is amazing. He was patient, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. The communication and delivery were excellent! Highly recommend!

  Judy Frederick was attentive and knowledgeable. We were able to find the exact chair I was looking for and at a good price with the 4th of July sale. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the stringent delivery requirements. Although they ultimately gave me a 3 hour window, I had to commit to a particular day 2-3 weeks ahead without knowing if it would be morning or afternoon. The 3 hour window wasn’t identified until the night before they would be arriving. In order to find a full day I would be available, I had to push back delivery 3 weeks after waiting 5 weeks for the chair to be ready.

  We have bout three pieces of furniture from Lazy Boy. We keep coming back because of the quality of the furniture and the excellent customer service. Our sales agent was great- very patient and not pushy. Offered a variety of options to look at. We will keep going back!

  Excellent experience. Rafiq met me soon after I walked in and after asking several of the right questions led me straight to a recliner that fit me like a glove. He was friendly and took great care to review all the options the chair could be ordered with, explaining the process and provided a copy of the order. He’s a pro! The store was well stocked, neat and tidy and well managed. Hopefully the delivery process is as positive. Time will tell.

  Was impressed with store and salesman. We bought 4 chairs for different rooms in our house. I will say, I was very disappointed in the end of sale when I found out that “these chairs are in stock” means on Rock hill NC. And La Z boy would be happy to deliver them to the sales store for $60 a chair. This is a very poor business practice if you want my opinion. This did not include the $250 charge to deliver to our residence. Instead of hidden fees at end of sale, how about adding your shipping charge to cost of inventory? I was tempted to walk, I will not lie. Will definitely reconsider future purchases That is how I feel Scott Reed
