With the help of Alisha, I got an OK from the manufacture to correct those issues; no charge. Travis, who does repairs, came & fixed everything perfectly. I think my stove actually heats up faster than it used to, thanks to his repair work. I really appreciate everyone both at the Asheville & Clyde showrooms. The sales (Joe) and repair people (Alisha & Travis) that I dealt with all work as a great team to support the customer who has purchased from them. There are other people too who were helpful: Whitney & Amanda. In short, I got personal treatment from a longstanding independent company that no big-box-chain could come close to matching.
