  We purchased the aspen. Everything from ordering to drop off was top notch. They connected and set up the hot tub and gave a quick tutorial on chemicals. They mentioned they started in hot tub maintenance, so I have zero worries they can fix any issues that arrive. (Why we chose a local company) Even though we purchased from the Greenville, sc store and the are based in NC, that hasn’t been any problem. great communication with the main office.

  I have been trying to get repairs completed on my spa for nearly two years. The service was decent before I started having issues with my spa. They stopped answering my phone calls or would answer and say they’d get right back. No return on e-mails. No respect from the owners and operators. For a small family business I expected at leases minimal service. I am highly disappointed with the lack of common courtesy. I will never purchase a spa from them again. If you have problems with your spa, don’t expect to get the issues managed.

  We had a superb experience with Mountain Leisure Living. We purchased a Sundance Chelsee hot tub from them after owning an older version of the same model at our previous home in another state ("and loving it," as Maxwell Smart would say!). Owner Charles was an absolute pleasure to work with right from the beginning, super helpful and not in any way "salesy." Just low-key pro all the way around. Charles showed up with his crew of Chris, Stephen and August, and we worked together to figure out the best way to get the tub onto our deck in our back yard. Great cooperation and teamwork from everyone. The guys got everything installed -- including the electrical connection and tub filled -- within a few hours, and we enjoyed the tub that same evening. Easy communication, skilled guys, nice friendly neighborhood vibe all the way around. I look forward to having Charles and team service this tub as needed for many years to come. Highly recommended!

  When I called they set up a date and time for the following week. No one called or showed up. I had to call and wait for someone to call to reschedule an appointment for the following week in the AM. No one contacted me or called by the afternoon I wrote a review within an hour someone was out ( I took down the poor review) the problem to my hot tub was resolved only to have another problem. When I called I left a message with what was going on with my hot tub hoping I would get a return call. This was 2 weeks ago and still has not received a call.
