I had to call and wait for someone to call to reschedule an appointment for the following week in the AM. No one contacted me or called by the afternoon I wrote a review within an hour someone was out ( I took down the poor review) the problem to my hot tub was resolved only to have another problem. When I called I left a message with what was going on with my hot tub hoping I would get a return call. This was 2 weeks ago and still has not received a call.

Went looking for something used, but because we’re on our feet all day, Charles directed us to a massage therapy spa!! Cost a lil more but worth every penny. Talked about doing it for years... now.. amazing reality! Charles and his crew made it so easy, ordered exactly what we wanted, they installed right before Christmas and we’ve been in it 4 to 5 nights every week since. Seriously, if you want the best it’s Sundance and Mountain Leisure will take great care of you!!
