I am so sick of the self checkout. I buy $1000.00 worth of lights and electrical material every couple of weeks at this store, on Airport Rd. I was there yesterday had 17 lights to ring up. Start scanning them and the computer crashes. I moved to three different checkouts with help from the little lady helping there. Finally I was ready to just leave it all and walk out. She said I could go to customer service or lumber to checkout. I started to customer service but it was lined out the door. So I went to the other end of the store at lumber checkout. Get there and six or seven employees just standing around talking. Finally some one ask if I need to check out. No I’m just standing here with a cart full of lights for my health. It is absolutely ridiculous when you go in there to spend 1000.00 worth on lights and can not get any service. It’s like this every time with self checkout. If I have to do the work and have a hassle you should give a discount or a least buy me coke. I’m sick of it.

Went in to Lowes to look at appliances. They answered all my questions. Saw some patio furniture, that we loved but couldn't find the label for it. Elizabeth and Will helped us locate the product and had excellent customer service.
Michael helped us load up. He was strong and professional.

When it comes to home maintenance, it's pretty tough to beat the Lowe's experience. Following some long overdue landscaping, it was time to lay some backyard pipe. Bryson met me at the entrance with a cart, & after picking up a few essentials, Annastasia & Mike redirected me to the proper aisle where Jay brought me up to speed on everything I needed. Checkout was a breeze, & the grills on sale reminded me to defrost the meat in the freezer for burger night. Thank you to the Sales Floor Team for always making sure I have everything I need!

I rarely complain and Staff is friendly and helpful, deliveries always go smoothly.
Manager at this store was passive rude and unhelpful with a return, shorter older woman with black hair.
I had ordered a mini fridge and it just passed the 48 hour return window but my receipt said I had 90 days. I brought it 3 days later.
I had my hands full with 3 kids and I waited in line a few times to let others ahead since mine was taking a while I didn't want to hold others up.
