- KKKailaApr 23, 20261.0I would not recommend this Aaron’s location to anyone. The computer itself was outdated, but that’s not why I’m leaving a 0. The real issue was the constant harassment while we were preparing to return it. My husband works long hours and all of our business information (LLC, EIN, invoices, domain setup) had to be synced before giving the computer back. I explained this clearly, multiple times. Most employees were respectful and understood. But one older woman with short gray hair and glasses was extremely unprofessional. She showed up on our property a handful of times pounded on our door like she had a warrant, yelled through the door, and made threats — all while my babies were asleep. When I told her to stop banging on my door, she yelled “You’re in possession of MY merchandise” and continued being aggressive. She even yelled something about DSS before running back to the van. We never refused to return the computer. Actually on the contrary, we spoke with multiple employees who showed up at our home and explained the situation.We simply needed time for my husband to get home so he could log in and save his business files. Instead of basic professionalism, we were treated like criminals on our own property. KEY TAKEAWAY: ¤ If Aaron’s is that worried about their items, they should invest in remote lock technology — not harassment. ☆This experience was unacceptable and I will never deal with nor will I recommend this location again.☆

My sister came in there the other day and asked about a washer and dryer, my sister told me she'd asked about a price on a set and crystal turned around and I quote , I'll be back and let you know what the price is in a cheap set and never came back . My sister stood there for ten minutes waiting and she never did. That's disrespectful

Her customer service is horrible I called and just asking about a bed frame for a bed, I was going to order from Rent-A-Center and all she was concerned about was why did I want I wanna order a bed frame from them, If I was ordering from Rent-A-Center and asked me that multiple times and proceeded to act like she didn’t wanna do my quote over the phone … It took everything in me not be rude back …. Before they took over this Aaron’s The staff old staff was phenomenal … My family has dealt with this Aaron’s for years before these new owners … Very disappointing !

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
