- QQQuishaSep 16, 20261.0Please Read!! I did business with Rockingham location buying a washer and dryer set. Took them almost a month for me to get it. The first set was making a clicking noise on the washer so I reported it with that being said I received another set same issue but with them checking it they reported to me that the cause was the latch. So I just ordered a whole another set different brand That set was deliver and i reported that I had water on my floor and I noticed the lint piece was not on the dryer so all stuff was on my wall they advised me that they could not hook the lint piece up being that it’s against policy so I told them to come pick it up cause at this point I’m over it. I contacted the Aberdeen location and explained what happen and was able to get an account with them. I went in on yesterday 9/15/26 to sign paperwork for delivery today 9/16/2026 being that the set was suppose to come in on Friday but I was advised that the general manager had quit and things have been crazy. Today 9/16/2026 this morning I received a phone call from who said they was the general manager and he was extremely rude!! He stated that he talked to Rockingham location and they said it was a electrical issue with the delivery of the washer and dryer. I explained yes my outlet was messed up but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was what they didn’t or wasn’t allowed to do. He stated that the set will be delivered but he didn’t want the driver to have to come back and get it. I continue to explain that the problem was not my fault. I called back and just advised the manager to cancel the order I rather not do no more business with this company at all. I haven’t did business with them in years and now I see why!! Paying my other account off quick for I can be done with this company.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
