  Outstanding Customer Service! We ordered a billiard light from LodgeCraft that we had found on their website. We placed the order and were told the estimated production time was 12 weeks. We really liked the light so were willing to wait. Turns out there was a pricing discrepancy on the light (price from manufacturer had increased) but LodgeCraft honored the price on their website. The order did end up taking a few extra weeks - but communication was great - they followed up with the manufacturer etc. and when the light arrived it was beautiful. LodgeCraft was GREAT to work with - will definitely buy from them again.

  This gem of a store located close to Bigfork and Kalispell has very high quality furniture! Great service and very helpful. We'll continue shopping here!!

  Don't let the 4 stars fool you. It had some unique pieces, all hand made. Just didn't have as many pieces of log furniture as I had hoped. Guy that greeted us was very happy to answer questions and take us on a tour of their shop.

  Stop hesitating and checkout with those items in your cart! Not only is LodgeCraft’s pricing reasonable, but they absolutely stand behind their products. The furniture we purchased after only seeing it on the website was delivered immediately after manufacture stock was confirmed and was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, several months later we starting noticing some finishing issues due to a manufacturing defect. LodgeCraft could have very easily choose to ignore us, as I’m just an internet customer located a long ways away in Illinois, but not the case. Adam took the bull by the horns and had me a new replacement table delivered just a few weeks later. Awesome company, first class customer service and great products! LodgeCraft Furniture is a perfect example of what online stores should strive to be and I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience and purchase. Thanks again!
