Mom and I went in yesterday and she bought a refrigerator. She paid an extra fee to have it delivered today.
It has not showed up so checked my account. They rescheduled for next Saturday. I called the store. First time infinite hold. Second time I got customer service and got put on infinite hold. Third call, I got customer service again and they checked. Then an Eric picked up and told me that it wad coming from Oregon. I might have gotten a bit salty with him since Randall J, the salesman, lied to us and said there was one in the back to ship and he went back and tagged it. And an extra fee was paid to expedite the delivery. Now I have to come back in a week, 6 hours on the road with $4.60 gallon gas. I'm pretty unhappy that they lied to me. Should I cancel and order from the orange store?

Lowe’s installation = take your money and run. We are going on almost 3 months of them ghosting after a horrific flooring installation. The Missoula flooring department MANAGER has failed to contact or update us whatsoever. Do not trust any installation they do. Do not trust their sub contractor LVP, they will show up late and send workers they know aren’t qualified for the job (they admitted to this). This has been a horrendous ordeal. Save your family’s money and hire a local contractor.
1) Trim corners aren’t cut correctly
2) Pencil marks flooring cuts
3) White trim they didn’t notify us of
4) wrong screws/horrible craftsmanship on stair nosing so it lifts with a finger
5) didn’t nail trim in kitchen so it gets sucked off when vacuumed
6) Flooring being raised from another piece catching your foot
7) the list goes on… shockingly

Don't go to Lowe's unless you wanna be caught on their new AI camera set up in the parking lot. Read it on reddit, r/missoula

I used to shop here until they put up AI powered flock surveillance cameras in the parking lot. Now I avoid it like the plague. Remove the cameras and I will shop here again.
I highly encourage other Montanan‘s to protest.

We purchased Pella windows from Lowes in 2023 which was a nightmare. They came in February and removed the windows and the people they sent out for installation were inept and unable to install the windows. It took a month of calls to Lowes and George and they finally sent installers from Eastern Montana. It was the worst experience we've ever had and now they are leaking. Will Lowes help with their shoddy installation....nope. Do not buy anything from Lowes and have them install.
☆☆The response below is a generic Lowes number that uses AI when you call to waste more of your time. Maybe Lowe's should just do the right thing and fix the issues with the windows. This response is insulting.
Frequently Asked Questions About Lowe's Home Improvement

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
