  I spent several thousands dollars on buying this couch and it started falling apart right around 2 years, which I didn’t think would be a problem because I bought the extended warranty. The entire reason I was sold on the warranty is because I was worried the electric recliner wouldn’t last. So I was upsold on the warranty, which I asked if it tore would that still be covered, I specifically remember them telling me it would all be covered, but after calling in they stated the warranty wouldn’t cover anything but a stain and they never offer any warranty like that. So, if you want to be told exactly what you want to hear when buying furniture they’ll do exactly that, just don’t expect them to tell the truth. I spoke directly to the manager and the sales rep that lied to me but you can tell they’re quite used to lying to there customers. I would not recommend buying from here as their furniture is cheaply made as well.

  We worked with Chad in the purchase of a new bed frame and couch. Chad listened to us and showed us different sizes and options. He explained all costs and options available for warranty and delivery services. Very satisfied customer.

  My salesperson was too interested in what was going on with his ordering problems then to really assist me. Fortunately for your company I had pretty much decided on what I was going to buy. I did however almost walk out when I started the buyer process and while doing so he again ignored what we were doing and talked to another sales person.
