  UPDATE 7/9@3.50pm finally got ahold of the supervisor in returns, instead of helping me, she hung up on me. 7/6/2026 Don't even try calling, no one ever picks up. Made a return last week, the lady said she couldn't get me a printed receipt "but I'm sure you will get an email and the refund" she says. Now a week later, no email and no refund, and I'm $86 out and products have been returned. And of course, cannot get ahold of anyone, because no one answers the phone, and the "AI answering service" doesn't show that I returned my items! 😑 7/9 ** called the number you gave me (when you saw my review) they could not help me, referred me back to the store, because the woman who took my items at the store, didn't even mark them as returned. So now i'm out of my items and eighty six dollars.

  HORRIBLE when trying to reach by phone. I called 3 times, at one time I was waiting for 7 minutes while the phone called and no one ever answered. STILL DID NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AT THE STORE! And the number you gave me to call is a customer service who cannot help me, because the woman who took my items in the store didn't actually mark them as returned. Just took my items and didn't give me my money back.

  Went to purchase an item and showed my ID for Veterans discount and because I wasn't in the system they wouldn't override it. Went to Home Depot and paid full price instead. What a way to treat Veterans.

  I was just in the store three employees standing at the returns desk but goofing off and not a single one was willing to help me. I even waved my arms to get their attentions and they said hello. But nobody offered to help me. Very frustrating. Bad bad experience.

  Unfortunately our experience at Lowe's wasn't what I had hoped for. We had went into to Lowe's to shop their Craftsman's sale and will be now buying half of what we wanted online. Dean helped me and boyfriend out the entire time. He was one of the few employees who was helpful, kind, and friendly. First, we were looking at a sign that said there was an 8 piece set for $249 (or something similar) however we were informed they were out of stock for this item. So then we were going to buy another 8 piece kit that came with a free battery with purchase. However they were unable to find the batteries they "had in stock" and could not offer any other solutions. Then to find out the sale hadn't even started yet and the signs had been put out early. Since they had advised this battery with purchase we talked to two managers. All they could say was to shop online. I understand that completely and that was not the problem at all. The problem was the fact that the other employees we interacted with David, Eric, and a woman in customer service were not friendly. They were all very snobby about the with purchase situation. I didn't feel valued as a customer and was shocked at how dismissive they were. It was unfortunate to receive this kind of service especially since we were going to be making a large purchase. Dean was a great help today and I'm thankful he was there to show us that not all employees there are rude.
