The staff in the plumbing department is phenomenal!!! They have been so incredibly helpful, patient and kind! I was disappointed to learn that this Lowe's uses Flock Safety license plate cameras to track vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot. While I understand the goal is preventing crime, I don't believe customers should have their movements recorded and stored without clear, prominent notice or meaningful consent.
Many people simply come here to buy home improvement supplies, not to have their vehicle information collected and potentially shared with law enforcement or other agencies. Privacy matters, and businesses should be transparent about surveillance practices so customers can make informed decisions.
Until Lowe's is more open about how this data is collected, stored, used, and shared, I'll be shopping elsewhere. I hope they reconsider balancing security with respect for customer privacy.

Lowe’s generally is ok , this Lowe’s along with others and Home Depot use flock cameras. They are on both entrances tracking you , your car , your movements. I will go somewhere that doesn’t support this. Lowe’s can kick rocks .

At the local level, this Lowe's is great! We had ordered a flooring installation that has to go through central selling or something like that. With that, just about everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Kind of impressive. Very stressful.
BUT, when we went to talk to people on our local store about how to fix things, they really worked hard to set things closer to the right direction. That was a relief, since we've liked going to Lowe's here for quite some time.
Great experience on the Helena side, shout out to Tony and Eddie. :)
Hopefully the rest gets ironed out.
