However, when they sold to Mountain Alarm/Pye-Barker several years ago, we've had endless, non-stop, unresolved issues with the service and billing. They probably started out a solid family owned business, like Alarm Services, but have gotten too big. There is poor communication between their regional offices, so we'd get conflicting responses, and confusion as to what was correct, or what should be done to resolve service and billing issues. If there was a -☆, I'd have picked it. Don't waste your $.
