  Worst dry cleaner in town. They told me they could rush my order over the phone and when I drove over 1 hour away I show up and they say they are doing no rushes so I won’t have a dry cleaned suit for my wedding. Business is meant on keeping your word definitely can’t trust the word of these people

  I was seeking a pressing with admittedly a quick turnaround, but called in advance to see if that was possible. They said yes they could do it, and I double-confirmed before heading there, especially because I needed to Uber there. Dropped off by my Uber with my clothes only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. Barely apologetic for the mistake. Again, this happened AFTER double-confirming beforehand. Do yourself a favor and heed the poor reviews - find an alternative place if you can. Edit after response: Tom, your recounting of the timeline and what was shared is an inaccurate representation. It does not match what was shared with me over the phone or by the representative on-site.

  I have been coming here for years, but this is the last time. Charged my card before I picked it up, but it wasn't my item, so it was the wrong card. I was charged before I got to inspect it. Extra fees for pet hair. The blanket is still covered with hair, over $50! Very disappointing...
