  Tonight , Marie (self-checkout) and Alex (customer service desk) were extremely helpful. I came in 10 minutes prior to closing. They both, individually, directed me to the cleaning products I needed, comprehensively providing tips and feedback for cleaner spray vs available rentable carpet cleaner machinery. (I did not know that renting a carpet cleaner was even an option !) They were patient, kind, and GENUINE. I appreciate them and their very human , helpful nature. … I spent a half hour searching for a reachable Lowe’s survey to compliment them. Looks like there is not a customer, “incentive-based” survey as there has been in the past. So I came onto Google reviews. It’s a corporate shame - people like Marie and Alex deserve to be complimented beyond corporate pop-up, incentivized customer sweepstakes. Thank you, Marie and Alex !

  Don't go here, unless you want to be apart of the surveillance state. This is the only place in Bozeman with Flock cameras and they have four of them. If you don't want your vehicle, your face, and everything about you tracked from the time you enter the property, then I wouldn't. Don't take my word for it, look it up. Four flock AI cameras designed to track everything about you, and all the information is stored on their database so that anyone in the government can access it. I will no longer be a customer of this place until they take their cameras down.

  Good customer service should start at the top! I was in Lowe's on 6/24/26, at approximately 1030 am. I had purchased quite a bit of stuff and pulled into the pro area to load out only to find a white BMW with Maryland plates on it making it difficult to park to the side of the load out area. As I'm loading out three individuals come out of the store wearing Lowe's vests. They leave and as I'm trying to load my material up and Associate comes out of the store and asked me to move because it's making it difficult for individuals to pass through. At that time I told them I wouldn't have had to park where I was at had it not been for what turned out to be Lowes Corporate Personnel parking in the manner they did. Not a doubt in my mind had a normal, Lowes employee parked in the manner they did. Someone from management would have been having a conversation with them.

  As someone who shops at the Bozeman Lowe’s all the time, I can honestly say it’s one of the best big-box stores I’ve ever experienced. Whether I’m grabbing quick supplies for a small fix or loading up for a bigger Montana-sized project, this place consistently delivers. And I have to say, the manager here is hands-down the best. You can feel the strong leadership in how smoothly the store runs and how upbeat the whole team is. It’s rare to find that kind of energy and care in retail these days. Clean aisles, great stock, fair prices, and service that actually makes you enjoy running errands? In Bozeman? Yes please. If you’re local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and shop here.

  I stopped by the Lowe's Garden Center and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young employee named Riley. Her smile was contagious and genuinely made me feel welcome. It's refreshing to encounter someone who clearly enjoys helping customers and takes pride in their work. At checkout, Riley continued to provide outstanding service. She was attentive, professional, and focused on ensuring I had the best possible experience. Her positive attitude and customer-oriented approach reflect exceptionally well on Lowe's. Employees like Riley make a lasting impression and are a true asset to the company. Thank you for the excellent service!
