Outstanding customer service from Erica in the Flooring Department!
I want to give a huge thank you to Erica in the Flooring Department at Lowe’s in Billings, Montana. She went above and beyond to help me with my current flooring project.
I came in needing flooring and the tools and materials to get the job done, but I wasn’t completely sure everything I would need. Erica took the time to understand what I was working on and helped me pick out not only the flooring, but also the tools and additional materials I needed. She even pointed out things I never would have thought about on my own.
What really stood out to me was that she wasn’t just trying to sell me something. She genuinely wanted to make sure I had what I needed to do the job correctly and avoid having to make multiple trips back to the store. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful project much easier.
Employees like Erica are what make customers want to come back to Lowe’s. She provided exceptional customer service, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me.

Such a disappointment. I used to find people to help me two or more years ago. I am so disgusted 🤢 by the lack of service now days. The few people working here always have a line of people asking for help. I think I will shop somewhere else while here in Billings. Wrote this after an hour of waiting around and going on a wild goose chase after talk to two of the few people who tried to help. Tried customer service, but that guy was swamped too. Most of the staff is nice so, that is cool. 😎

I dumped all my stock when we learned that they are creeps who want to terrorize citizens with their garbage stalking tech. Spending money here is funding the harassment of citizens.

called four times trying to pay an account here. phone rang for about 5 minutes three of the times and the fourth, someone picked up, didn’t speak for two minutes and then said something about customer service on the intercom and hung up. Wouldn’t pick up the call after that. How am i going to pay my account online if they won’t give me the info to pay it.
