  Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.   I looked for a 4 foot step ladder at 6 stores in 2 different cities. Lowe's not only had a ladder in stock they had 3 different fiberglass styles in stock to choose from. Sure anyone can get one next week but nothing beats having the item in stock. I bought the premium 350 lb one just because I had a choice.

  3 times they have not delivered our washer/ dryer kit and install them. Absolutely horrible sense I am disabled and need it right away.

  On Monday, April 20, 2026, We picked up an online order at Lowe's #0319, in Billings, MT. I met Hailey at the Online Order Pick Up desk. Immediately, Hailey assisted me in taking the order to my truck. Hailey also had Nate come with us to load our bulky order. I have an injury in my back and neck, along with a recently replaced shoulder. Nate and Hailey happily loaded the entire order. Thank you Lowe's #0319 for professionals like Hailey and Nate.   I located everything I needed without assistance, which already says plenty. But the real issue is at checkout—no cashiers, just self-checkout, so customers are expected to do the work themselves. What makes it worse is seeing three employees standing by the entrance, completely disengaged, chatting and laughing with each other, while customers handle their own transactions. If you are going to make customers do their job, maybe give us their employee discount. If the expectation is that customers take on the role of cashier, it’s unclear what purpose the staff is serving in that moment. This isn’t efficiency—it’s a lack of service. So Lowe’s would rather have employees watching customers work than actually helping them? Interesting approach to customer service.🤔
