  I had a great experience with Northeast Exterminating from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The technician arrived on time, thoroughly explained the treatment process, and made sure all of my questions were answered. It's clear they take pride in providing excellent customer service and effective pest control solutions. I also want to recognize their receptionist Brittne, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She made scheduling easy, answered my questions with patience, and created a positive experience before the service even began. Great customer service like that makes a real difference.
