Hilary Alford gets a 5 🌟 for her customer service!!!! I couldn’t find help, used the app to find aisle and bin location and the app search wasn’t successful either. The customer service counter called for help on my aisle. Hilary walked me halfway across the warehouse to exactly where what I needed was located! She completely understood the situation and was so helpful and also delightful. I’d give them 2 stars for availability to find assistance due to serious lack of customer help on the floor. She saved my overall score! Seriously understaffed on a busy Saturday.

The pros desk is amazing, especially Jenai! She helped me so much during my multi-million dollar renovation of an apartment complex in town. With her knowledgeable, fast, caring, efficient help, I was able to complete the project ahead of schedule with no problems. Your customer service line is actually atrocious. I could not get anyone to take me off hold. The customer service woman would pick it up and immediately put me back on hold. After 40 MINUTES I finally gave up and called the Pro Desk number. Thankfully, Janae, answered and helped me. I wish I knew the name but of the first girl but her service was so poor she didn’t even tell me her name. Called at 6:30am on 6/17 if that helps :-)

Sunday’s trip: We asked for help when we entered the store due to needing 55 of pavers. My wife and I ended up loading them ourselves onto the carts, and since the garden center was closed we ended up pushing 2 hard to control fat bed carts with wobbly tires through half the store. We asked for help at check out, my wife went back in and asked for help (for the 3rd time). We saw employee after employee pass us up going in and out and nobody ever came to help.
Saturday ‘s trip: completely different experience. Thumper and Anthony were right on it with both loading the cart and loading the truck and I really welcomed the help… with pavers! Two very nice gentlemen!
