Had the best experience with the window/doors guy that helped us in appliances because NO ONE was there. Just glad it wasn't the manager that is rude to veterans. Bathrooms are mostly clean but too many things in there are out of service.

Today, April 14, 2026, I was using self-checkout and scanned a dog bowl that I thought was $2 since it was on a shelf with that price. When I realized it wasn’t actually on sale, I asked the associate, an older lady, to help me remove it. She was on her phone, but she helped, and I apologized for bothering her.
Then when I went to check out my bag of orchid mix, the machine said it wasn’t accepting cards. I let her know, and she seemed really annoyed that she had to come help again. I tried to brush it off, but then she raised her voice at me and said, “Go on to the next machine, go on now!”
She was standing in front of my bag, so I was just waiting for her to hand it to me or move. Instead, she kind of shoved it toward me, stopping right before it reached me. That honestly felt really disrespectful, especially since I had been polite the whole time.
I checked out at 12:54:45 PM. I get that customers aren’t always right, but I don’t think I did anything wrong here. The whole interaction just felt unnecessary and rude.
