  I purchased the Appolo power sofa and love seat set in February of 2026. The first problem was the delivery. The delivery crew set my couch and love seat vertically on the ground outside my house before entry and setup. After setup I noticed that my sofa right arm was tilted at an angle. Upon further inspection, I found that a support screw was missing. The comfort care contractor (AHM) who came out to fix the problem made the problem worse. He inserted two wood screws into the wood bracing frame instead of the factory screw. By doing so he cracked the support for the sofa. After several scheduling attempts, I finally got my sofa fixed in July of 2026. The after sales experience was disappointing and embarrassing. I should not have to repair brand new furniture or wait that long for repairs.

  Ordering was easy and there are endless options in fabrics. After the selection was made our sales person was able to show us how the finished sofa would look. I ordered the new air mattress sofa bed and it was a huge hit. Much more comfortable than a regular mattress.
