- ARAnajah RuffinJan 10, 20221.0TERRIBLE …they picked my tv up for repair on the 9th of November prior to that I called in to explain and the lady told me it was fine they would repair and call me I called 2 weeks later the tv still in repair here it is 2 months later and I still haven’t received the tv or a replacement was an 65 in I went in and they attempted to offer me a 55 in tv this is the reason I never lease anything I buy everything cash because this was horrible worst experience ever the lack of communication concern and customer care the guy who originally picked my tv up was the only one who at least tried to help everyone else didn’t care cause hey it’s not them without a tv in they living room people ask me where they recommend leasing furniture or electronics appliances I will NEVER recommend Aaron’s ‼️‼️

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
