- TMteressa meeceMay 25, 20191.0I am renting to own a MATCHING washer and dryer - the timer on the dryer went out so Aaron's came to pick it up and I was told it was an easy fix and I will get it back in a few days. I am given a temporary dryer that has a stupid slope to the top - can't put anything on it like dryer sheets what have ya - slides right off. This was over 5 MONTHS ago. I have been told several times it is ready. Was told I would get it Thursday of this past week - Aaron's was a no show and no phone call. I called and supposedly they had a bad day and just could not make it. Rescheduled with a LONG 5 hour window today - a beautiful sunny Saturday and I am babysitting. 11:00-4:00 pm is my window. Aaron's is a no-show again and NO phone call AGAIN! I could have taken kids out today instead we sat here bored and waiting!! Thank God for Net-Flix LOL! Aaron's is only owed less than 50.00 on my account and they will not see it until I get my dryer and there BETTER NOT be any late fees when I do...IF I do that is.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
