I ordered a washing machine for curbside pickup. Was supposed to be ready yesterday. Tucked the money out of my account but have yet to finish my order. Why is it if I had gone to the store and bought it I would be driving home with it but I order it and want to go pick it up a day later and it still isn't ready. It's 1 item. Lowes you need to do better for your paying customers. Same thing happened a year ago when I ordered several items for pickup for an important job for my house and same thing happened. I went in and had to stand there until someone got the things I needed. Again they got there money right then but couldn't bother to have it ready. Sounds like yall need new workers or new management because next time im going somewhere else. Im curious if all lowes are this way or just Philadelphia. From now on until you have the product ready to load it then don't get my money. Do better.

Horrible service. Waited for hours to pick up my item ordered online. Same thing happens last time. I advise everybody to AVOID Philadelphia Lowes at all cost. No customer service and they take there time doing absolutely anything and don’t value nobody’s time. From sitting and talking to each other while a customer is waiting on them to leaving me on hold for 30 minutes just obviously trying to avoid answering my questions.

I purchased a zero-turn mower on June 14 with a scheduled delivery for June 20. It never arrived. They rescheduled for June 24, but I just received an email stating they are unable to deliver. When I finally got through to a person to find out what was happening, I was placed on hold for 11 minutes and then hung up on. Trying to call back was useless, as the automated system just told me to call back another time. Terrible communication and customer service for a major purchase.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
