I love the Lowe's in Pascagoula..The painting department is always so helpful and on point. Today I was looking for compound mud and sheet rock /dry wall. Jakody and Dylan were so kind and helpful. I really want to say how professional and curtious they are. Thank you Lowe's, I will be back.

I was disappointed in the lawn and garden center. There were staff members washing the concrete outside and the plants all around were wilted and dying. When I got into the garden center gate, I saw some water on the concrete and the majority of the plants were BONE DRY. I left without buying any plants because they were either wilted, bloomless(roses & hibiscus in particular) and most had no buds. Employees were walking around, talking and gossiping with each other, and no one even asking shoppers if they needed any help. The prices are so high, and I refuse to spend my money on half dead plants. I have shopped this Lowes for YEARS, but may travel an extra 10 minutes to buy my plants.

I used their website to order some concrete blocks. I received an email an hour later that my order was ready for pick up. I went to Lowes, checked in, and they had me park in the pick up area. After 45 minutes of waiting, I received an email Thanking me for picking up my order. However, they never loaded me with my blocks. I went in and they said they already loaded me. However, I pointed out that my truck was still there and no one did anything. So, they loaded up a pallet with my order then and finally loaded me. The takeaway from all this was that my order was never ready in the first place as the email said it was and there is a lot of confusion about the process of having online orders ready for pickup. Normally, Menards is my go to place because they are so much more organized and generally cheaper and have everything normally in stock. But there was no Menards in that area as why I went to Lowes. Is management generally this bad or is Menards just generally much better?

Lowe's really needs to re-consider their "customer service". The little "boy" behind the counter should not be answering phones and needs to be trained or put elsewhere. If he doesn't want to do his job and is too incapable, seems like he needs to be put stocking shelves and not dealing with customers, at all. So rude and absolutely terrible mannerisms. Please do better.
