    My husband and I walked out because the employee was so rude. First of all, if you’re lucky enough to find one, don’t bother asking because they either have no idea what you’re talking about or send you on a wild goose chase looking for what you need. We finally found the 6 inch roller we needed and I noticed as we were about to check out that the one we had and rang up was the 4 inch roller so we needed to take it off. We couldn’t find anyone but one woman who was surrounded by 6 other customers. An employee came up just then and we asked if someone could help us. He pointed back over his shoulder to me super busy lady and said ask her. My husband likes that store better but after that trip last Saturday, we decided that we will be permanent Home Depot customers because they know what they’re talking about and always helps a customer no matter what they’re doing or in the middle of. low prices can only get you so far if he can’t keep customers coming back and you just lost two.

    Got a refrigerator there ,paid for it still trying to get it delivered keep rescheduling it. MANGMENT WILL NOT ASNSWER THE PHONE TO TALKTO YOU ,NEVERE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE

    I typically like Lowes but I do Uber and I had pickup here in Olive Branch and I go to the screen check in and im standing there for 7 minutes while maybe 7 employees go past i had pressed the assistance button and everything finally a lady said go to the desk and get help there so im over there for another 10 minutes before finasomeone helps me and she had a bit of an attitude about it she then pulls the cart out of the pickup area and it had a stuck wheel so I said im gonna swap to a basket and as I get it but as soon as I get it near the bad cart her and 2 other people (one seemed like a manager) stood right in my way as I struggled with the bags if I can avoid to I absolutely will not go here again

    Do not buy cabinets from Lowe’s. I’m building a small cabin and went in there early in the build in order to have them ready. The person who helped with my order used my home address instead of the project address……..it’s been an absolute nightmare to make a simple delivery address change. I finally got the address changed and they delivered the order last week…….but only half the order. I placed this order the first of January! They didn’t tell me they only delivered half, I didn’t find out until I unboxed everything after the delivery guys left, not to mention one of the cabinets was damaged (shame on me for not inspecting it before the delivery guys left). I’ve talked to numerous people at Lowe’s and with the exception of one person, they just don’t care. The manager assured me yesterday she would call me back by the end of business to let me know the rest of the order will be delivered to the right address…….still waiting on that call. I just want my cabinets! If someone from Lowe’s reads this, I promise I will never bother any Lowe’s employee again (for anything) once I get my cabinets.
