I spend WAY too much money at this Lowe’s to keep putting up with service like this. Today I waited 30 minutes for ONE can of paint to be shaken. Not mixed, not color matched—literally put the can in a machine and press a button. The entire time we were waiting, some girl just stood there at the front and kept telling us, “Someone’s coming.” Apparently “coming” has a very loose definition here, because we heard that repeatedly while nobody actually showed up. Meanwhile, multiple customers waiting behind me got fed up, walked out, and went to Home Depot. That alone should tell management how badly this store is being run. After 30 minutes, the person who finally helped me was a gentleman I had seen outside corralling carts and cleaning the parking lot when I arrived. They called him inside, and he immediately took care of it. That employee deserves recognition, because without him I genuinely have no idea how much longer I would have been standing there. He wasn’t even the person I had originally been waiting on, yet he was the one who saw the problem, used some common sense, and actually got something done. Lowe’s needs about 20 more employees like him. From a customer’s perspective, it feels like there are maybe two competent people in the entire store while everyone else either doesn’t know what’s going on or doesn’t seem particularly concerned that customers are standing around waiting. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years, which makes this even more frustrating. I spend far too much money here to feel like my time and business don’t matter. At this point, I’m done. Home Depot can have my money from now on. I’d rather spend it somewhere that actually values my business and my time. And to the gentleman who came in from the parking lot to help me: thank you. You were the only positive part of this experience, and management should know it.

Never have I been so disappointed in Lowe’s especially this one . I went there to get a bag of dirt at this point I would have rather dug it out of yard . But to see employees throwing away 40+ plants before they could mark them down to atleast 90% off instead of them landing up in our landfills with the plastic pots still on them , they are standing behind a policy that allows them to do that . So as we were speaking the employee never gave a decent response to why they throw these plants away before marking them down or pricing them for a penny ,mind you these plants looked like something a would pay full price for but it’s shocking to see that they would throw them away so basically money just ending up in the trash . So I decided to speak with a mgr and same attitude and no andwers !! So I purchase my dirt and I walk outside as I’m leaving the employees wanted to laugh at me loud enough where I can hear through my car . Now they are getting paid to laugh at customers who are truly shocked at their policies !! That’s cool because I could have had every right to laugh back or to jump out the car and asked what was so funny but instead I drove off . Thanks Lowe’s for making me feel like shit !!!
