⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars — This Is What Customer Service Should Be!
I honestly felt like I needed to take the time to write this because the customer service I received at Lowe’s in Meridian was truly exceptional.
I was in the store yesterday morning around 6:30 a.m., and the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. I ended up having to come back later for some additional things, and every single time, everyone was so helpful and pleasant.
What really stood out to me was that these managers never once made me feel like I was bothering them. They never acted like, “I’m the manager, I don’t have time for this.” They were right there helping me just like any other employee. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got what I needed.
I also want to recognize David at the registers. Every time I come into the store, he always speaks to me and asks how I’m doing. He always has this amazing smile on his face, and it is truly contagious. His kindness and positive attitude are wonderful, and he always makes me feel welcome.
I also want to recognize Q in Building Supplies, who was such a delight. At one point, I asked if I could help him, and he said, “No ma’am, I’ve got everything.” I told him how far saying “yes ma’am” and “no ma’am” would get him in life, and he simply said, “Thank you.” That small interaction really stood out to me because it showed his respect and good manners.
And today, John Null, a Sales Specialist, was working in what seemed like two or three different departments, covering so much of the store, but he still took his time with me. He never rushed me or made me feel like he had somewhere else he needed to be. He stopped, listened, helped me, and made sure I was taken care of.
That really means something to me.
You don’t always get this kind of customer service anymore, and when you do, I believe people deserve to be recognized for it. I want Lowe’s corporate to know that these employees are doing an amazing job representing the company.
To the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, David, John, and Q — thank you for going above and beyond and for treating me with kindness and respect. You made what could have been a stressful shopping trip a really positive experience.
Lowe’s is lucky to have employees like you. Five stars doesn’t even feel like enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went there to help my 89 y.o. father return an air conditioner purchased a month earlier that quit cooling. He wanted to exchange it for another one but upon talking with the return dept their store return policies have changed. You only have 48 hour window to return most appliances. We live in MS and was under extreme heat advisories from the weather service. Was told we had to contact the Mfg. Who is closed on the weekend. Still dealing with this problem 2 weeks later.
