I placed a online order on 08June26. at the Meridian, Mississippi store. Delivery was scheduled for the following Wednesday, the only day they deliver in my area. Today is 03July26, and I still do not have my material. I've heard excuse after excuse. It was supposed to be delivered today, another excuse. Since it supposedly left the store, they charged my credit card. So, they have my money and my material, and I still don't have a definite delivery date. If there was a Home Depot nearby I would definitely use them.

My husband and I are Gold Key Status members at Lowe's, and unfortunately, our experiences with the Meridian, Mississippi store have been extremely disappointing.
Our issues began when we purchased flooring through this location. We were incorrectly charged twice, with errors totaling thousands of dollars. On top of that, multiple deliveries were marked as "delivered" even though they never arrived. We repeatedly tried calling the store, but no one answered the phone. After being told for three consecutive days that our items would be delivered "soon," I ultimately had to make three separate trips to the store before our order was finally delivered.
Unfortunately, the problems have continued. We placed another order on June 10 that was scheduled for delivery on June 19, but the delivery has now been delayed until June 26 without any clear communication or explanation.
If we had another convenient option, we would gladly take our business elsewhere. Unfortunately, there are very few home improvement stores in our area. Because of the repeated issues we've experienced with the Meridian Lowe's, we've even resorted to driving over an hour to Jackson, Mississippi just to shop at Home Depot. While that drive is inconvenient, it has become preferable to dealing with the ongoing problems at this store.
As loyal Lowe's Gold Key Status members, we expect a much higher level of service. Instead, we've experienced billing errors, missed deliveries, poor communication, and repeated delays. Based on our experiences, I would rate this store 0 out of 5 stars. The level of customer service and overall management at this location has been unacceptable, and I hope these issues are addressed so other customers do not have the same experience.

This Lowes has got to be the worst one in the whole company. I have had the worst experience. I have called about an order that shows picked up 6 times each time I get placed on eternal hold. The order was not picked up. We'll lowes this is my first and last pro order that I will ever make. Good buy.
