My experience with lowes delivery has been horrible! I paid for a stove to be delivered to my house and also paid a fee for them to pick up my broken stove. They delivered the stove with the wrong cord. Okay that's fine, even though it's taking even more time out of my day. What's next? I have to go pick the cord up myself! Ok I'll do that because I'm ready to get this done. So are you taking my stove? No!! They didn't have room in the truck??? What do you mean? I scheduled for you to pick it up? I called them asking if they are coming back and they tell me it doesn't make logical sense for them to come back. I paid for someone to drop a stove off with the correct parts and to pick up the stove. It doesn't make LOGICAL sense that I have to have a broken stove stuck in my living room!!!!!!!! The fee is 50$ and your company is not doing your job. I called the lowes and they said they'd call me back. I still haven't heard back. So I call customer service. They give me a refund for my stove pickup and the cord which was so so nice of them!!!! People don't understand that I took time off for this. I scheduled this for convenience. Not to be running to laurel and moving appliances. Only have an extra star for customer service but the delivery and store team need to get it together.

I am usually a very happy customer of Lowe's, but they really dropped the ball on my delivery order today. I have not received my items and have been told it was delivered to the wrong address and they would have it redelivered but it never was. I get mistakes happen but trying to get someone at the store to answer a phone call is infuriating. I finally got through only to be put on hold for a 'second' and they never came back. The call was automatically disconnected after holding for 15 minutes. I called back several times and they still aren't answering the phone. For the record, they are currently open. Tried Mylow online and they just telling me someone will reach out to me... in 24 hours. Wow. Lowe's, you need to do better. I will revise my review when (if) this ever gets resolved.

We paid for a very expensive washer and dryer, they said it would take a week to be delivered, we were ok with that , then they called and said it will be another 5 days to deliver it .. not ok with that .. said their truck broke down ??? I needed my washer and dryer when they said they would deliver it

Great assistant called kobalt about some tools I had purchased from Lowe's to check on getting a replacement they give me a reference number for Lowe's and said have them call we will verify and I would be good to go. I walked in put the tools on the counter told them what kobalt told me. Lowe's told me to go get what I needed and come back... I was in and out in probably 10 minutes
