For an hour or 2 while we took our truck to the shop. He was kind enough to give us permission to do so and it was very much appreciated. We were in and out in 2 hrs. Thank you very much

Terrible service. Ask for help and they don’t send anyone. Workers pass and don’t even ask you if you need help. Have been waiting for some to come to paint section for 45 minutes. Went to service desk twice still no one comes to help.

I bought a washer/dryer GE combo unit on 4/4 delivered o 4/18 it broke on 6/6 it doesn't work at all. I had to wait a week for a service call but because one of the issues being the door doesn’t close they cant run a diagnostic test on it. I have to wait for the door part, then another service call, then i have to wait again because it will most likely need a part for the fact it doesn’t dry. I haven’t had even 2 months! And Lowes won’t help, I have the Lowes Protection extended warranty and they won’t help because it’s still under Manufactures warranty. So not even two months in I’m going to the laundromat?!? While I wait for parts and service run around. Never buying GE and I’ll take my appliance business elsewhere.

I've been to many Lowe's locations over the years so this is yet another one. On this visit my task was to exchange wrong size lights with right size lights with no additional needed information. So after my psychic powers failed at finding what I was instructed to find I eventually found a staff person to confirm that what I was searching for literally didn't exist but there was a possible substitute which I acquired. On checkout I paid with cash for the first time ever in a Lowe's and for some reason I got no receipt as part of that process? Overall this was a VERY different experience than my past Lowe's experience in many other places as I had no good data on what I was expected to find and then a very odd checkout time with no receipt. I'm still not sure if I've ended up with the correct size lights yet as that is TBD...
